B. Developing, Valuing, and Presenting Offset Programs
The fundamental responsibility of offset managers is the projects within the offset program offered and executed. This session presents a modern, rational process to present winning offset programs—from inception to completion.
C. Offset Contracts
Offset is a ”contract” sport. The defining document of an offset program is the “Offset Contract” (often called an “Agreement”). This course presents details of the contract’s meaning, preparation of terms and conditions, and more as they pertain to offsets.
